Preorders & Shipping

Salto boxes & signed paperback preorders are expected to begin shipping in late September 2026, ahead of the book's official release on October 5, 2026.

I will do my best to ship preorder boxes & individual paperbacks with enough time to arrive by or around release day. However, once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of my control. Arrival by October 5 cannot be guaranteed.

You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact me as soon as possible at Kendrahopeauthor@gmail.com. While I will do my best to update your address before shipment, address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping fee to be resent.

At this time, orders are available for shipping within the United States only.

Cancellations

Due to the nature of signed books, limited inventory, and handmade order preparation, all sales are final.

Orders are processed quickly and may include signed items, custom packaging, and other personalized elements. Because of this, cancellations, modifications, or address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been placed.

Please carefully review your order details and shipping address before completing checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.

Signed books, bookmarks, and other shop items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, I will gladly work with you to make it right.

• Your order number

• A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

• A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, I will provide a replacement or another appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
